Baby Fever!!

For a while here in our small town there was an influx of babies. Next door to our store is the Java Cafe where the mommies and babies have been lunching as of late. If we're lucky they stroll them in here afterwards so we can get some hugs! I snuck over there the other day and got a picture of them in their Jellybeans gear. Unfortunately, right before I got there, Daviegh on the left had a wardrobe malfunction and had to change clothes. But trust us, we helped stock her wardrobe. The Rabbit Moon collection by Le Top has been very popular with this new group of moms - so cute yet so comfortable!

Happy Father's Day everyone. My son Michael is a great Dad. He spends lots of time with his children, helps Dana with household chores, and owns and operates two veterinary clinics. Crazy Day at Jellybeans

This morning Cari and I were lamenting how slow business is in the summer. Cari suggested that we have a 2 hour surprise sale. We decided that our sale would be 40% off between 2 and 4 in the afternoon. We sent out out emails with the details titled "Jellybeans Secret Sale". One of our customers had given us her work email and our notice was sent to her junk bin. Who knew what trouble that would cause. About ten minutes later we received a notice that our email account had been closed. We were accused of sending SPAM. Cari was on the phone to a little man in India for over and hour with no results. We were told to fill out a form to be reinstated, but have not heard back with any results. As of now, we can not send or receive emails. This is really bad with our website depending on email for notification and inquries. We don't understand why hotmail authorities can not just read our email and see that it is not SPAM. Since when has a 40% off sale been considered junk!!! We hope to be up and running soon or we will have a new email account and address tomorrow.

JoJo Models at "The Beans"

JoJo's grandmother who lives in Alabama came to visit us today. She mentioned that she loved being able to see JoJo on our website so we thought we'd add her to our blog as well. She is the sweetest child ever and about to become a big sister! Mom, if you are reading this, please bring her back in to model again. This outfit looked especially cute on her. Mandy's Espadrille Dress

Mandy and her family spent Memorial Day weekend with her Aunt Jenny and Uncle Daniel in West Palm Beach. We were all going on a tour of Palm Beach when Mandy came out of the bedroom all decked out in her Peaches n Cream Espadrille Dress. We thought that she just fit the Palm Beach look with her pinks and greens and even a pair of wedge sandals appliqued on the cute swing dress. Who could resist this cute look for their little girl! "LOST" in Jellybeans

Cari's Uncle Jimmy owns a carpet store in Wauchula a few blocks down from Jellybeans. He arrived at work and was not able to enter his shop. Main Street Wauchula is undergoing a street scaping project. Our sidewalks are being dug up and replaced with beautiful brick pavers. The only problem is that the process is going to get worse before it gets better. Somehow, Uncle Jimmy ended up spending the day at Jellybeans. He didn't even scare any of our customers away. Happy Birthday Matthew

Today is Matthew's 7th birthday party. He is having a swimming party at his MOM-O's house in Deland. His Dad, Michael, is cooking a 10 lb burger on the green egg. A special bun was ordered from the local bakery. I believe that it is 24" in diameter. His mom bought several pounds of cheese to cover the burger. Can't you imagine eight little boys digging into that!!! I think he is more excited about his burger than the presents. His Meme couldn't go because she has to work at Jellybeans today. I started a tradition several years ago of sending one gift for each year of age, therefore, I shipped Matthew his box filled with seven gifts this week. We can't believe that some of our Christmas collections will be arriving shortly. Who wants to even think that far ahead when the weather is 95 degrees and it is not even officially summer? Mandy Knows How to Model

Mandy loves to come to Wauchula and visit her MeMe's store. All we have to do is say "Model, Mandy" and her hand goes on her hip, and she strikes a pose.
