We've been excited for days. Last week the weatherman predicted that a cool front was going to make its way all the way down the state and give us cooler temperatures. We have had an excrutiating September, with highs in the mid 90's all month. The cold front passed through this afternoon and noone noticed. The good new is that tomorrow's high is only 85! Yippee! Maybe we will be loaded with customers tomorrow purchasing sweaters and jackets. Tonight's low is 65 and that will feel good in the morning. We love the Florida weather, but secretly do dream of having seasons with sweater weather and turning leaves.

One of our favorite little fellows visited Jellybeans today. His mom and baby brother were seaching for a special outfit and he was very, very busy with the dinosaurs. Lenox came into Jellybeans with her mom for a little Friday shopping last week. She stood so quietly with her hands behind her back and just looked at us with no smile or expression. She usually talks and makes herself at home while her mom is busy. Her actions were very out of character for her little personable self. As she was walking out of the shop, we all burst into laughter. Behind her back, she was holding on very tightly to a lollipop that someone had given her earlier in the day. We don't know if she thought she was going to be scolded for having a lollipop or that we were going to take it away. Lenox, you are adorable-come again and see us soon.

When I was a little girl, I always wanted a treehouse. Being an only child, I could have spent my summers reading or playing dollhouse in the tops of the large oaks in our backyard. My mama was always afraid that I would get hurt or mosquitos would bite me or a snake would crawl in and take up residence. I never got a treehouse. I would love to sell my big house and live in this fairytale treehouse in the mountains or overlooking the ocean. Don't you agree?
