My role model and twitter mentor is Tony Hseih, the young and brilliant CEO of Zappos. Tony is one of those 30 something entrepreneurs that has it all right. Zappos is the place to go for shoes. I have been shopping there for years, and have never had a bad experience. They always have a great selection of any brand or style that strikes my fancy. Of course, Zappos is known for great customer service, their 365 day return policy, and free shipping - both ways. He thinks that the workplace should be a fun place and loves change and new ideas.
