This super easy slow cooker chicken and salsa recipe is great for baseball or dance afternoons. Put it on at lunch and supper is waiting when you return from the ball field.
Salt and pepper four boneless and skinless chicken breasts
Place them in the crock pot.
Drain and rinse one 15 oz can of black beans - add to pot
Add one can of mexicorn and one jar of Tostitos mild salsa ( for kids)
Coook on low for 6 or 7 hours - serve over yellow rice or salad greens
