Walk to D'Feet ALS

The Bailey Family-Walter is far right

As some of you know, my husband Walter passed away from ALS, otherwise known as Lou Gehrig's disease 4 years ago this June. He was diagnosed in February and decided on no life prolonging procedures. He fought very bravely, but fought on his own and with the help of our wonderful family. My daughter Amy was a senior in high school when her Dad was sick is now a senior in college at the State University of New York's Fashion Institute in NYC. She has put together a team of friends to walk with her in the Greater New York walk to D'Feet ALS. The average cost of one years care for an ALS patient is $200,000. Many have to rely on the ALS association to provide many of the essentials. Please visit team Bailey's page and help us succeed with this very important event.
